Initial Meeting

Let's talk on a video call and discuss your project.

Signed Master Service Agreement

Before development begins, let's create a Master Service Agreement that outlines services & terms.

Project Strategy & Team Collaboration

Your project will be assigned a team lead for your project. Video conferences will be scheduled to match your schedule, to go over the major components of your project. During this time, you'll receive estimates that give you an idea of which tasks and features to work on first. Communicating on top-level decisions is key, and Aviron can provide strategic recommendations.

Project Development Phase

After strategic decisions have been made, Aviron Software developers will get to work building out your feature-set and testing code for QA purposes. Weekly or bi-weekly meetings are held based on your availability, but Aviron will manage the development and code review so that you can focus on what’s most important. Our team will stay in regular contact with yours if we encounter blockers – we’re not shy about reaching out early and often.

Project Review & Testing

As features are developed, we’ll be constantly deploying code to our test servers and putting features in front of your team for review. During this time, adjustments can be made with a launch date in sight for each milestone. Although continuous feature development post-launch is normal, proper testing and review before launch is necessary to ensure a quality user experience. Whether you'd like to be deeply involved in the technicalities or just would like to do basic user experience testing, Aviron can build our review process to fit your standard procedure.

Project Launch & Support

After your project has been launched, Aviron Software is available for support and feature development. Most of our clientele are long-term partners, but mid-term projects, cloud migrations & other services can be offered on a project-by-project basis. What happens post-launch depends on what your business ultimately needs, and Aviron can offer a variety of consulting packages to best fit your strategic goals. Once step 6 has finished, we pop the champagne!
